Our Story

Ganges was born from the same spirit that shaped our sister restaurants — Tikka Indian Cuisine and Spice Indian Cuisine — a spirit of passion, perseverance, and deep respect for India’s culinary heritage. Each concept tells a different story, but Ganges is where the journey comes full circle — where art, culture, and cuisine flow together like the sacred river itself.


Our menu is inspired by the regions through which the Ganges River flows — from the Himalayan foothills of Uttarakhand, where our own chefs hail from, to the heartlands of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal, where the river nourishes generations of cooks and communities. Every dish celebrates the diverse flavors and techniques that thrive along its banks, each one crafted with reverence for tradition and a touch of creative artistry.


Inside our dining room, the story continues visually — the artwork of women cooking pays homage to the countless hands that have kept India’s culinary spirit alive. Each piece represents a different state, culture, and moment in time, creating an atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and new — a journey across India without leaving your table.
